1. Announcement - D-Storic takes the responsibility and the rights of Bimong Dolls.
From this moment, Nov 20th, all the responsibilties of BimongDoll regarding to shipping and other issues are under d-storic, which means that we are the only one who get all the resoposibilities. Please contact us for any BimongDoll issues to us.
We know we are in a very caotic situation. And also, We have been feeling very sad what happened to Bimong Artist because he were one of the victims of Dollfair Scandal and lost most of her reputation too. It must be a horrible experience for him.
We do understand how frustrating it has been for all Bimiong Doll Customers too. As a new service rep, we apologize for those poor service. Sorry.
However, the reason why we want to take this risk is just we DO NOT WANT those wonderful BimongDolls out of BJD world. As you know, BimongDolls are beautiful and unique but it is not fair that he only takes all responsibilities. So, we decided to jump in this chaos and tring to help his and you too.
To give you a brief explanation, from the year 2010, Bimong Original Artist has tried to resolve all the issues happened at Dollfair.com under her own responsibility with her own expense - by free shipping & castings by her own.
However, despite your trust on her so made additional ordes after that issues, it has been a huge burden on his again. (We expected it might help his situation but it went totally the other way...)
With that situations, Bimong Artist are forced to cease all the operations and thought that it is much better to delegate it to D-storic. (he will be focusing on only his own creative works)
As a result, we, D-storic will try our best to resolve all issues occured in 2010 and will be offerring BimongDolls under our responsibility and our management. Please take a look at our resolves below.
a.
All BimongDolls can be purchased at us, D-storic, and all orders made from today, Nov. 20th, will be serviced and managed by us except SHATI which had been sold to other studio.
b.
All the serial numbers will be given and maintained as original but all the certificates will be changed to D-Storic.
c.
All previous orders and dolls already sent will be serviced by US. Some Service Policy might be changed such as Free Parts Replacement.
d.
Please note that all of Bimong Dolls account and customer service channel has been changed to us, D-Storic.
2. Shipping Schedule for previous orders.
When we take a look at the shipping situation, we are kind of shocked and we think of this issue as a first priority. All the delayed shippings after Dollfair Issue will be done by December. Please understand us our situation but we will send your doll as soon as possible under our responsibility.
However, some of issues we can not take any action immediately.
a.
Some orders through her personal emails that we can not find and prove your full payment. (Please try to find your payment record for that and please contact us)
b.
Unfortunetely, some original dolls got lost so that we can not find it or molds at all. In this case we will ask her to re-make but it will take time. Please understand our horrible situation....
3. Bimong Dolls back on service
If you wish to place a new order for Bimong Dolls, we would like to offer both way of a Pre-Order(Andante system) which is we take an order and then we cast doll, and also, Pre-cast Order(Vivace system) which means that we make dolls first and you can order that doll.
About the shipping schedule for the new orders, Pre-cast Orders(Vivace system) will take 2-3 days to ship and Pre-Orders(Andante system) may take 15 - 30 days depending on its own options such as face-up and clothings.
4.
D-Storic Refund Policy
To reassure you for BimongDoll Service, all D-storic products are refundable if we don't meet our shipping schedule.
Again, please keep your eyes on us how we resolve this issue and as we said, we promise we will do our best to meet your expectations.
